RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your products.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product

We will assess the claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Clearance or promotional items, unless defective

Your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act remain unaffected.
